All pallet racking systems are made from cold-rolled steel and are comprised of several frames and beams. Beam lengths are usually 2700mm – this ensures that two 1200mm wide pallets can be stored on either side, leaving a 100mm gap on either side of the pallet and are manufactured with single continuous uprights for maximum rigidity.
Pallet racks come in varying thicknesses to provide different frame load capabilities. Installing these racking systems are carried out by extremely experienced professionals, due to handling the machinery and working to a specific design plan to ensure the maximum storage benefits to your warehouse.
